The Supervisory Board of Ingulets GOK approved the appointment of Aleksandr Gerasymchuk, acting general director of the plant, as new General Director of Ingulets GOK on 3 August.
Aleksandr Gerasymchuk started his work career in Ingulets GOK in September 1994. Over 19 years, he held different positions, from a foreman of the housing capital repair area to a chief engineer. From 2013 to 2015, he served as head of Technology and Production Planning Department of Metinvest's Mining Division. In June 2015, he was appointed as acting general director of Ingulets GOK.
Under his guidance, Ingulets GOK launched a new product – the concentrate with a higher iron content of 68%. To date, it is successfully sold to European countries. Furthermore, the enterprise's repair system was enhanced. Thanks to personal audits, Ingulets GOK's occupational safety level was improved .
Aleksandr has two graduate degrees in Industrial and Civil Construction and International Business Management. He successfully completed the Professional Certificate in Management course at The Open University UK.

Public Joint Stock Company Ingulets Iron Ore Enrichment Works is one of the leading world producers of iron ore concentrate. The enterprise produces А-1 grade iron ore concentrate with Fe content of 67% and А-2 grade with Fe 65-68%.
