Preliminary and periodic medical examinations of the employees involved into work with dangerous and harmful factors are permanently carried out at the Works.
All workers of the enterprise have free medical insurances; have a rest at health complexes on the coasts of the Azov and the Black Seas. Workers’ children spend their summer in “Primorskiy” and “Artek” camps. The Works has saved and continues to develop health and fitness complex, cultural center and system of food services for providing the employees of Northern GOK with comfortable work and leisure conditions.
