Labour protection policy of Northern GOK is clearly defined and documented.
The management system in the sphere of labour protection and industrial safety based on the international standard OHSAS-18001 is also successfully introduced at the enterprise.
The programs directed to the following issues are elaborated at the Works:
- Preventive measures of the industrial injuries and professional diseases;
- Evaluation of the industrial risks;
- Engaging the workers into provision of labour safety and health protection;
- Decreasing the level of the industrial injuries and professional diseases.
Complex measures directed to achieving the defined standards of labour protection and hygiene, improving work conditions, preventing injuries and professional diseases are taken at the Works.
